Strengthening strict supervision of civil and administrative judgment enforcement

From October 2024 to March 2025, the Phu Yen People's Procuracy at two levels has prosecuted 5,612 cases with more than VND 909.9 billion that are eligible for enforcement. Of these, 2,762 cases have been completed, reaching 49.2% in number of cases and 11.4% in amount. The Procuracy also supervised 161 property handling cases, 4,005 enforcement decisions and verified 32 cases.

Through the inspection work, the People's Procuracy at two levels issued 15 recommendations requesting to correct violations (14 recommendations were accepted, 1 is within the response period) and 1 notice of experience, contributing to tightening discipline, improving the strictness of the law, and strengthening people's trust in judicial activities.

The People's Procuracy has also closely coordinated with the enforcement agency and relevant units to focus on handling complicated cases, supervising asset seizure, enforcement, resolving complaints and supervising law enforcement.
