Strengthen financial education communication

The event series “Future Banker 2023” aims to provide students with knowledge and skills in finance and banking such as how to access and use banking products and services, cashless payments, loans, savings, etc. In particular, through this event series, young people are also provided with knowledge about types of bond products, insurance, savings, investment financial products and the differences between these types. In addition, the event series “Future Banker 2023” also contributes to spreading good values ​​to young people, which are compassion, sharing, striving to improve in life and promoting reading culture.

Speaking at the event, Deputy Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam Nguyen Kim Anh said that this is the largest event series ever on financialeducation communication for students and young people. This year's competition series is not only for banking students but also for many other university students in many different fields. Through this competition, students not only receive practical knowledge for life, but also employers have the opportunity to find potential candidates for their team.

Deputy Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam Nguyen Kim Anh acknowledged the active and responsible participation of credit institutions and related units in organizing this series of events as well as in promoting financial education communication activities. Thereby, contributing to the implementation of the National Financial Inclusion Strategy and the Government's directives on non-cash payments, pushing back black credit.

In the coming time, the Deputy Governor suggested that the Communications Department of the State Bank of Vietnam, as the focal point for communications advice for the banking industry, will continue to promote communication products on social media and digital platforms. “I also hope that we will continue to develop the series of events of the “Future Banker” contest, contributing to creating a community with good understanding of finance and banking, thereby contributing to the socio -economic development of the country,” Deputy Governor Nguyen Kim Anh emphasized.
