Accordingly, implementing the direction of comrade Trieu Dinh Le, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Steering Committee Implement support for the XNT and NDN in the province; Responding to the 180-day campaign to complete the XNT and NDN Support Program in the province before September 30, 2025, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee requested press agencies in the province to continue to promote information and propaganda on the implementation of the XNT and NDN Program in the province. Cao Bang Newspaper, Provincial Radio and Television Station increased news, articles, and propaganda time on results, progress, good and creative practices, good people, and good deeds in implementing the XNT and NDN Support Program to become a widespread and strong emulation movement in the whole province.

The Department of Agriculture and Environment - Standing agency of the Provincial Steering Committee regularly updates and synthesizes reports on results and progress of program implementation of localities and units on a weekly basis; informs press agencies for widespread dissemination among the people.

The Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committees of districts and city Party Committees proactively advise, orient, and promote propaganda work on the implementation of the XNT and NDN Support Program to cadres, party members, and all classes of people, especially households receiving support for XNT and NDN; orient, clear awareness, ideology, promote the spirit of determination, initiative, and self-reliance to build their own houses of households. Promote the role of local Party committees, authorities, and the entire political system in leading, directing, and organizing implementation; at the same time, proactively provide information, or write news and articles reflecting good practices, typical examples, results, and implementation status of the XNT and NDN Program in the area, and send them to press agencies to serve propaganda work.
