On the afternoon of January 24, leaders of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs visited and presented gifts to the Provincial Center for Social Protection and Work on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2024.
The Provincial Center for Social Protection and Work is caring for and nurturing 85 orphans, disabled people, and lonely elderly people. Over the past time, the Center has fully implemented the regimes and policies for caring for these subjects according to regulations. At the same time, it has actively mobilized support resources from the community and philanthropists to improve and enhance the lives of the subjects at the Center.
To prepare for the Lunar New Year of Giap Thin, the Center has planned to prepare conditions for food, medicine, arrange for the elderly to have health check-ups before Tet; assign specific Tet duty schedules to each department.
Giving gifts on the occasion of Lunar New Year, the leaders of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs acknowledged the Center's care and attention to the beneficiaries, ensuring proper policies and regimes, contributing to the good implementation of local social security work.
At the same time, it should be noted that the children and elderly living at the Center are all in special circumstances, without any place to rely on. Therefore, each officer and employee of the Center needs to continue to strive to better care for the material, spiritual and health life of the subjects.
On this occasion, the leaders of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs presented gifts from the province and sent New Year greetings to all officers, employees and those being cared for and nurtured at the Center.
