Create new momentum to conquer high aspirations

The 20th Congress of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee determined the goal for the 2025-2030 period to maintain an annual growth rate at double digits; strive to make Thanh Hoa one of the leading provinces in the country by 2030, and become a rich, beautiful, civilized and happy province by 2045.

And just a few days after the success of the 20th Provincial Party Congress, the 11th Thanh Hoa Provincial Patriotic Emulation Congress, period 2025-2030, took place with great enthusiasm and high spirit.

At the congress, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Emulation and Reward Council Nguyen Hoai Anh launched a patriotic emulation movement in the entire Party Committee, government, organizations, armed forces and people of all ethnic groups in the province for the period 2025-2030 with the theme "Solidarity, responsibility, creativity, emulation to build Thanh Hoa into a rich, beautiful, civilized and happy province".

The emulation campaign includes reviewing, adjusting, supplementing, and perfecting the system of legal documents under the local authority, regulations on decentralization and delegation of power in various fields; speeding up the progress of completing plans, mechanisms, and policies, creating conditions for mobilizing and effectively using resources for development. Organizing and effectively implementing tasks and solutions to restructure economic sectors in association with renewing the growth model, improving productivity, quality, efficiency, and competitiveness of the province. Continuing to innovate emulation movements for administrative reform, improving the investment and business environment, increasing support, and creating favorable conditions for enterprises to invest, produce, and do business. Emulating to promote the implementation of the task of collecting state budget, effectively managing and using land resources and mineral resources; Compete to do well in site clearance, environmental protection, speed up construction progress of large and key projects, disburse public investment capital and develop a synchronous and modern infrastructure system...

These are very large contents, some of which are limitations and "bottlenecks" in the past time. By setting out the determination to compete to remove "bottlenecks" to promote development, it shows the revolutionary will and high aspirations of the province to create a new spirit and new motivation for the whole province to enter a new development stage to conquer the numbers set by the 20th Provincial Party Congress.

The goals set at the 20th Provincial Party Congress as well as the emulation movement that Thanh Hoa province launched in the next 5 years are visionary aspirations, but clearly not only for itself. With its geostrategic position on the country's map, as well as the expectations of the Central Government for the province, Thanh Hoa's rise in the coming years will be a strong contribution to the country realizing its aspiration for strong and prosperous development.
