These days, visiting CNCTech Group Joint Stock Company (Thang Long Vinh Phuc Industrial Park), what appears before our eyes is a green space of rows of trees and flower gardens competing to show off their colors. In particular, the clear lake like a mirror creates a decorative and relaxing highlight in harmony with the nature of the enterprise. This is one of the criteria for the enterprise to aim to build a green and sustainable industrial ecosystem.
Currently, CNCTech is one of the largest private precision mechanical processing units in Vietnam, supplying millions of components each month to key industries such as electronics, telecommunications, semiconductors, oil and gas, automobiles and motorbikes.
Determining that green space not only creates a pleasant and comfortable working environment but also stimulates creativity at work, the company always focuses on the landscape and working space for employees; invests in planting many types of trees and grass in the campus and around the factory; at each employee's desk there are small potted plants for decoration and to create a greener working space.
Along with that, the company also installed a solar panel system on the factory roof, which not only uses green energy, but also reduces the heat absorbed under the factory roof and reduces power consumption for the factory cooling system. By 2025, CNCTech will be one of the 500 fastest growing enterprises in Vietnam.

Currently, the company is a trusted partner of many world-famous fashion brands such as GAP, Zara, Calvin Klein, Uniqlo, Abercrombie... or Japanese and Korean uniform brands.

At the launching ceremony of Workers' Month and response to the Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Hygiene in 2025, the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union presented 200 gifts to workers in especially difficult circumstances; provided free health check-ups for workers; organized the Teambuilding contest "Vinh Phuc workers pioneering into the new era" for nearly 1,000 workers and opened the final round of the 2025 men's/women's football tournament for workers.
In addition, every year, trade unions at all levels in the industrial park launch many exciting emulation movements that attract a large number of union members to participate, such as the movement of good workers, creative workers; green - clean - beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene. Thereby creating conditions for each union member to promote their capacity and strengths, have initiatives, improve techniques, improve productivity and labor quality, and contribute to building and developing enterprises.
