Deploying TYM activities in Tam Dao district

Tinh Thuong Microfinance Organization (TYM) Vinh Phuc Branch has been operating in the province since 1995 with 1 initial branch office. Up to now, it has been operating in 6 districts and cities including: Binh Xuyen, Yen Lac, Vinh Tuong, Tam Duong and Phuc Yen city, Vinh Yen.

Currently, TYM Vinh Phuc branch provides microfinance products and services such as credit, savings, capacity building training and support for community activities with 10,802 customers; total capital disbursed in 2024 is 160 billion VND, outstanding capital is 126 billion VND, repayment rate is 100%, savings balance is 117 billion VND.

In order to contribute to the implementation of the Party's guidelines and the State's policies on ensuring social security, sustainable poverty reduction, and contributing to the implementation of gender equality goals for women's development, recently, TYM Vinh Phuc branch has deployed TYM activities in Tam Dao district, creating opportunities for women in poor and near-poor households, low-income women, and micro-enterprises to access preferential credit sources, contributing to improving income, improving quality of life, sustainable poverty reduction, and promoting gender equality.

Highly appreciating the operational efficiency of TYM Vinh Phuc branch, the leaders of the Provincial Women's Union and the State Bank of Region 4 affirmed that TYM's operations not only bring practical economic benefits to female members but also contribute significantly to the propaganda work, raising awareness and personal financial management skills for women, thereby helping them to be more proactive in life, affirming their role in family and society.

The implementation of TYM's activities in Tam Dao district is one of the practical steps, contributing to concretizing the Party and State's policies on sustainable poverty reduction, socio-economic development and new rural construction, while affirming the important role of women in family and community economic development.

On this occasion, TYM Vinh Phuc branch presented 20 gifts to women members in especially difficult circumstances in the district, demonstrating the organization's spirit of sharing, social responsibility and accompanying the community.
