This is an important initial step in the coffee development program of HAGL Group in Gia Lai and the Lao People's Democratic Republic.
Attending the ceremony were Mr. Doan Nguyen Duc - Chairman of the Board of Directors of HAGL Group; Mr. Phan Viet Ha - Deputy Director in charge of WASI Institute.

According to the signed contract, WASI Institute and Eakmat Coffee Research and Technology Transfer Center will provide HAGL Group with 30 million high-quality Arabica and Robusta coffee seedlings in two consecutive crops from 2025 to 2027.
All seedlings meet the standards of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment , bringing high productivity, good adaptability to climate change and outstanding bean quality; serving the coffee material area of HAGL Group in Gia Lai and the Lao People's Democratic Republic with a scale of 10,000 hectares.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Chairman of the Board of Directors of HAGL Group Doan Nguyen Duc said that the cooperation with WASI Institute is an important step in HAGL's sustainable agriculture strategy, with the desire to produce coffee in a modern, standardized direction and aim to export high-quality products under the HAGL brand.
This cooperation not only opens up a new direction for the coffee industry, but also demonstrates the sustainable link between science and technology and agricultural production.
This is also an important premise for building a high-quality coffee material area, contributing to bringing the Vietnamese coffee brand far and wide on the world map.
