Training for 120 judicial officials when implementing two-level government

On the morning of June 3, the Department of Justice organized a training conference for 120 judicial officials currently working in districts, towns, cities and communes, wards and towns in the province. This is the second training course, taking place over 5 days, from June 3 to 7, 2025.

Grassroots judicial officials are the force that directly advises and performs tasks related to civil status management, authentication, dissemination, legaleducation , grassroots mediation, legal access standards, administrative procedure control, law development and enforcement at the local level... Fostering knowledge, professional skills and raising awareness for this team is extremely necessary and urgent, especially in the context of Bac Lieu province and the whole country actively and urgently implementing Resolution 74 of the Government on the arrangement of administrative units and building a 2-level local government organization model, abolishing district-level administrative units, merging and consolidating provincial and commune-level administrative units.

The training conference aims to provide delegates with new contents and legal regulations related to the organization and operation of two-level local governments; at the same time, provide specific guidance on what professional and technical preparation is needed in the judicial field, what needs to be resolved when the district level is no longer available, when merging commune-level administrative units. Thereby, helping delegates to perform well their assigned duties and tasks in the new situation" - Deputy Director of the Department of Justice - Tran Minh Duc affirmed.

The training courses are also the basis for the Department of Justice to continue to perfect solutions for directing and guiding professional activities, supporting localities and establishments to perform professional tasks well, contributing to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of state management in the field of Justice in the coming time.
