On the afternoon of August 11, the Provincial Business Association and the consulting unit coordinated with the People's Committee of Dong Hung district to organize a conference to deploy the implementation of the DDCI Index on the digital technology platform in 2023 for businesses in Dong Hung district.

Representatives of enterprises were informed by the leaders of the Provincial Business Association and the Center for Consulting and Supporting Business Development (Provincial Business Association) about the purpose and significance of implementing the DDCI Index, systematizing the survey content and some innovations in measuring DDCI in 2023 on a digital technology platform compared to 2022.

The consulting unit has disseminated basic knowledge about measurement activities and the effectiveness of surveys on digital technology platforms. Enterprises are also given specific instructions on the steps and procedures for scoring the questionnaires in the electronic survey on the DDCI survey software integrated with the Electronic Information Portal at "www.ddcithaibinh.vn".

The leaders of Dong Hung District People's Committee hope that the business community will actively participate in the survey and objectively and honestly score to contribute to improving the quality of measuring the DDCI Index, and at the same time help the District People's Committee promptly grasp and identify the shortcomings and limitations in economic management, thereby promptly directing to improve the ecosystem for people and businesses to invest, develop production and business. The Party Committee and the government of Dong Hung District affirmed that they will take drastic action, proactively promote administrative procedure reform, improve the quality of civil servants, and have support mechanisms to remove difficulties for businesses in the coming time.
