The training course focuses on real-life situations that security forces often encounter, such as: tourists complaining about long waiting times for online ticket processing, questions about entrance ticket prices, requests for discounts that are not in accordance with regulations; complaints about ID checks, the location of the Royal Palace exit, inconvenient signs, or poor toilet quality, poor service attitude, etc.

In addition, students are also equipped with skills to handle difficult situations such as when tourists demand to meet leaders to complain, shout and disrupt order to put pressure, or have arguments with tour guides due to ticket fraud. Specific instructions are also given on how to behave when encountering touts or overcharges outside the relic site, or when needing to guide tourists to exchange or return tickets according to regulations.

The representative of the training course's organizing committee said that this activity not only helps to ensure more professional behavior but also contributes to building a friendly and civilized image of Hue relics in the eyes of tourists.
