Training on industrial and trade promotion

On October 29, the Center for Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion (Department of Industry and Trade) organized a training course on industrial promotion and trade promotion for 120 officers carrying out industrial promotion and trade promotion work in communes and wards in the western region of the province.

Staff attended the training course organized by the Center for Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion (Department of Industry and Trade).

Regarding the two topics on industrial promotion and trade promotion, the officers participating in the training course were informed of relevant documents and decrees such as: Decree No. 45/2012/ND-CP, Decree No. 235/2025/ND-CP, Decree No. 45/2012/ND-CP... of the Government on Industrial Promotion; Circular No. 46/2012/TT-BCT of the Ministry of Industry and Trade detailing a number of contents of Decree No. 45/2012/ND-CP of the Government on Industrial Promotion; Decision No. 12/2016/QD-UBND of the People's Committee of Dak Lak province on promulgating the Regulations on organizing the selection of typical rural industrial products in Dak Lak province; Decision No. 16/2021/QD-UBND of the People's Committee of Dak Lak province on promulgating the Regulations on management and implementation of the Trade Promotion Program of Dak Lak province...

In addition, the officials were also introduced to a number of industrial promotion projects that have been implemented effectively in the province in recent times; equipped with knowledge on building and establishing industrial promotion projects, consulting, supporting, and supervising project implementation to effectively implement industrial promotion policies; and at the same time, participated in discussing the industrial promotion program for the period 2026 - 2030 in Dak Lak province.

Representatives of the Center for Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion disseminated contents related to two topics of industrial promotion and trade promotion.

Sharing information related to industrial promotion and trade promotion in the locality, at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Van Nhiem, Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade, said: In the context of deep international economic integration, along with new requirements in digital transformation, green and sustainable economic development, industrial promotion and trade promotion play an increasingly important role. Equipping knowledge and skills, updating new policies, and sharing practical experiences will help grassroots staff be more proactive, flexible, and creative in implementing tasks in the locality. Officials in charge of industrial promotion and trade promotion in localities need to pay attention to, grasp, and effectively implement related contents at the grassroots level; closely coordinate with all levels, sectors, and localities, promoting the role of grassroots authorities in implementing the State's support policies on industrial promotion, trade promotion, and rural industrial development.

According to the plan, the Center for Industrial Promotion - Trade Promotion (Department of Industry and Trade) continues to organize training on the above topics for 60 officers implementing industrial promotion and trade promotion work in communes and wards in the eastern region of the province on October 31.
