According to the report of the Provincial People's Committee, despite many difficulties and challenges, the socio -economic situation of the province in May and the first 5 months of this year still achieved quite positive results. The industrial production value (current price) in May is estimated at 78,037 billion VND, up 36.03% over the same period last year; in 5 months it is estimated at 338,875 billion VND, up 27.06%, equal to 40.2% of the plan.
Total domestic budget revenue in the first 5 months reached over 11,160 billion VND, up 52.5%, equal to 70.7% of the estimate. 11/15 tax revenue items increased higher than the same period. The rate of disbursement of public investment capital by the end of May was equal to 33.11% of the detailed capital plan. The fields ofeducation - training, health care for people were focused on; people's lives were stable; national defense - security, social order and safety were ensured.
