Focus on completing the targets and objectives of Program No. 01-CTr/TU

(HNM) - Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh has just signed and issued Official Dispatch No. 1604/UBND-SNV, implementing the conclusion of the Steering Committee of Program No. 01-CTr/TU of the City Party Committee (term XVII) on "Strengthening the work of Party building and rectification, building a clean and strong Party organization and political system of the city; promoting administrative reform in the period of 2021-2025".

Accordingly, departments and agencies equivalent to departments; People's Committees of districts, towns and cities focus on a number of key tasks, including: Reviewing the functions, tasks, organizational structure and staffing of departments, branches and sectors; People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to ensure streamlined, effective and efficient operations. Focus on building and improving the quality of cadres at all levels in the spirit of Resolution No. 04-NQ/TU dated May 31, 2021 of the City Party Committee, Regulation No. 07-QD/TU dated November 17, 2021 of the City Party Committee on "Rotation, transfer, and conversion of positions of cadres, civil servants and public employees in Hanoi city".

In addition, tighten discipline, discipline, and exemplary responsibility of leaders; strengthen inspection and supervision, especially inspection when there are signs of violations and thematic supervision on corruption prevention and control, negativity, strictly handle violations, maintain discipline and order in the organization. Effectively implement Resolution No. 18-NQ/TU dated December 30, 2022 of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on "Digital transformation, building a smart Hanoi city by 2025, with a vision to 2030". Continue to strongly innovate the Party's leadership method for the political system, working style and manner in agencies and units associated with controlling power, promoting democracy at the grassroots level.

The City People's Committee assigned the Departments of Home Affairs, Finance, Information and Communications to focus on completing the remaining 3 projects and plans according to Program No. 01-CTr/TU, ensuring progress and quality as required.
