In recent years, many housing development projects have been implemented simultaneously in the province. It is expected that by 2025, Phu Yen will allocate nearly 800 hectares of land to develop 559 housing projects of different types, meeting the needs of the people.
Variety of types

Typically, the Housing Project at Lot 1 and 2 east of Hung Vuong Street, Tuy Hoa City (HTL Seaside) of HTL Vietnam Real Estate Investment, Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company is being built with a scale of about 3.2 hectares, 232 shoptels. Recently, the investor has opened for sale apartments in this project.

This is a good sign for people when the demand for housing is increasing day by day.
Development in the right direction
Housing development is one of the important contents in the socio -economic development of the province. Over the past 10 years, housing in the province has gradually developed strongly and diversified. Many low-rise housing areas and apartment buildings with beautiful and modern architecture are gradually forming and developing. This not only meets the housing needs of the people but also contributes to perfecting the urban infrastructure system in a civilized and modern direction.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Thuong in Tuy Hoa City said: Housing projects along Hung Vuong and Le Duan streets are becoming impressive highlights for Tuy Hoa city. Many housing areas have beautiful, luxurious architecture, no different from big cities. I see many people coming here to take pictures.
According to the Housing Development Plan in the province for the period 2021-2025, Phu Yen will allocate nearly 800 hectares of land to develop 559 housing projects. Of these, there are 513 commercial housing projects, urban areas, residential areas, closed residential areas, technical infrastructure of residential areas; 18 social housing projects; 28 resettlement housing projects (land allocation for households to build their own houses). The total capital needed to develop housing in this period is about 77,300 billion VND.
According to Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tu, the province's viewpoint in the coming period is to develop housing according to the market mechanism, in accordance with the provisions of the law as well as the socio-economic conditions in each period. In addition, to develop a sustainable and transparent real estate market under the regulation and supervision of the State, the Department of Construction regularly publicizes information on housing projects so that people and investors can promptly grasp them; organizes periodic inspections and checks to promptly handle unlicensed and unlicensed housing development projects, and investors who mobilize capital in violation of the law.
