Tay Ninh signs cooperation agreement with CT Group on science and technology development, innovation and digital transformation.

On the afternoon of December 15th, the People's Committee of Tay Ninh province, in collaboration with CT Group, held a signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation in accordance with Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, while also outlining the development direction of the UAV technology ecosystem in the province.

Attending the event were Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Van Quyet; Standing Deputy Provincial Party Secretary and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Manh Hung; Deputy Provincial Party Secretary and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Han; Deputy Provincial Party Secretary and Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Pham Hung Thai; members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, leaders of departments and agencies; and Mr. Tran Kim Chung - Chairman of CT Group .

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Tay Ninh Province, Le Van Han, delivered a speech at the signing ceremony.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Han affirmed that Tay Ninh province will create the most favorable conditions for CT Group to effectively implement the cooperation contents; and at the same time directed relevant departments and agencies to proactively support and guide the legal procedures in a timely manner throughout the implementation process.

Based on the Memorandum of Understanding, the province expects CT Group to leverage its strengths in technology, resources, and organizational capacity to quickly concretize the cooperation into feasible activities, products, and projects that are suitable to the local conditions and comply with current regulations.

Leaders of the Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee signed a Memorandum of Understanding with CT Group on cooperation in implementing the Mega City UAV Project and developing a UAV technology ecosystem in Tay Ninh.

According to the Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee, the signing of the Memorandum of Cooperation has practical significance in two aspects. Firstly, it creates a framework for cooperation to promote scientific and technological activities, innovation, and digital transformation, aiming to develop strategic technology products and contributing to the realization of the major goals of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW.

Secondly, it opens up a direction for building and developing an ecosystem of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) technology in Tay Ninh, including research, manufacturing, production, testing, operation, human resource training, and application in various fields of management, production, and daily life; while also researching the formation of a green, smart city model according to international standards, serving as a nucleus to promote high-tech industries and innovation in the locality.

From the business perspective, CT Group is committed to supporting Tay Ninh in completing a comprehensive ecosystem of science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation. This includes focusing on developing an ecosystem based on core technologies that CT Group currently possesses, such as semiconductors, artificial intelligence, UAVs, robotics, new energy, the National Digital Twin, and the carbon credit exchange, contributing to making Tay Ninh a center for UAV and high-tech development.

At the same time, CT Group is ready to share its model of a next-generation 4.0 Innovation Center and cooperate in developing the Low Altitude Area Economy (LAE) – a sector considered to have outstanding productivity, creating new growth drivers for the locality.
