Tay Ninh: Pay July 2025 salary in June 2025 for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers

Accordingly, implementing Conclusion No. 167-KL/TW dated June 13, 2025 of the Politburo and the Secretariat on the policy of reorganizing the apparatus and administrative units, putting them into operation at the provincial and communal levels simultaneously from July 1, 2025, in order to ensure the implementation of regimes and policies for civil servants, public employees, and workers, as well as stabilizing the payment of social security policies for subjects in the area without interruption, affecting people's lives, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requests provincial agencies and units (including units directly under the province);

The People's Committees of districts, towns and cities direct their affiliated agencies and units, the People's Committees of communes, wards and towns to pay salaries, allowances, salary-based contributions, salary-based items, and human expenses according to the regime (except for cases that have been decided by competent authorities or are expected to be retired or terminated from July 1, 2025); social security regimes and policies for July 2025 before June 25, 2025.

Heads of agencies and units are responsible for reviewing, synthesizing fully and making payments to ensure the correct purpose, correct subjects, correct regime and making payments and settlements in accordance with the provisions of the State Budget Law and current regulations.

Financial agencies at all levels are responsible for advising on ensuring funding sources and coordinating with the State Treasury to provide funding so that agencies and units can promptly pay officials, civil servants, public employees, workers and policy beneficiaries.

The State Treasury of Region XVI directs transaction offices in Tay Ninh province to coordinate with agencies and units to pay salaries, allowances, salary-based contributions, salary-based payments, human expenses according to the regime for cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and social security regimes and policies for beneficiaries in a timely manner, according to regulations.
