Chau Thanh: Awarding 130 scholarships to poor students

On the morning of June 19, Chau Thanh District Association for Promotion of Education organized a scholarship awarding ceremony for poor students with difficult circumstances in the area.

At the program, the District Association for Promotion of Education awarded 130 scholarships to students with difficult circumstances with a total cost of 180 million VND. Of which, 10 scholarships were for university students (each worth 3 million VND), 30 scholarships were for high school students (each worth 2 million VND), 50 scholarships were for middle school students and 40 scholarships were for primary school students (each worth 1 million VND).
