Ms. Le Thi To is a near-poor household in the commune, her family's economic conditions are unstable. The main income depends on her son, Mr. Phan Van Hai (born in 1973), who works as a seasonal employee, so life is still difficult. The family's old house has seriously degraded, the corrugated iron roof leaks when it rains, the walls are makeshift, the ground is low, unsafe, greatly affecting daily life.

Faced with that situation, the CCLLCT K76.A06 class Party Cell supported 60 million VND and the family contributed more to build a new, solid and spacious house, with a total cost of 110 million VND. The completed house has helped Mrs. To's family have a stable place to live, confidently moving forward in life.
Speaking at the handover ceremony, the representative of the Party Cell of class K76.A06 expressed the hope that the new house would be a motivation for Mrs. To's family to overcome difficulties, and affirmed that this is a social responsibility, as well as the sentiment of the student group towards the people who are still struggling in the locality.

Before implementing the charity house donation program, lecturers of the Regional Political Academy II and students of class K76.A06 had a working session and exchange with the People's Committee of Duc Hue commune and Duc Hoa commune to learn more about the actual situation at the facility.
The delegation also visited the Martyr Vo Van Tan Monument in Duc Hoa Commune, visited and participated in a thematic activity about the source at the Duc Hoa Crossroads National Historical Site.

These activities not only contribute to supporting people in difficulty but also help students strengthen their connection to reality, foster a sense of responsibility, revolutionary ideals and public service ethics - core values in the advanced political theory training program./.
