Accordingly, the unit released more than 400,000 PL30 black tiger shrimp, 2-3cm in size, into the Gianh River basin. The release of regenerated fish aims to raise people's awareness of protecting aquatic resources; calling on organizations and individuals to join hands and actively participate in releasing fish; creating a ripple effect in the community, contributing to improving the environment and ecosystem; creating rich populations, biodiversity, developing aquatic resources, creating livelihoods, and improving the lives of people working in natural fisheries.
In addition to releasing giant tiger prawns on the river, the unit has also coordinated with local authorities to propagate and call on people not to use nets with mesh sizes smaller than prescribed, electric shocks, toxic chemicals, etc. to catch aquatic products, to carry out well the work of protecting and developing aquatic resources in the area, contributing to the development of effective and sustainable aquatic exploitation, and protecting the ecological environment.
