Budget revenue from foreign-invested enterprises in the province in the past 7 months reached 2,671 billion VND, equal to 55.7% of the assigned annual estimate. |
Of which, domestic revenue reached 7,370/16,910 billion VND; import-export revenue reached 1,493/3,090 billion VND.
In domestic revenue, many basic revenue items ensured the average progress of the year, such as: revenue from central and local state-owned enterprises, foreign-invested enterprises; revenue from non-state service sector; personal income tax; revenue from granting mineral exploitation rights... all reached 55-57% of the yearly plan.
However, some revenue items are still low, including: land rental fee (289/700 billion VND), environmental protection tax (180/570 billion VND). In particular, land use right fee collection only reached 734/4,800 billion VND - this is the reason why the province's domestic revenue is low.
In the context of difficult revenue sources, the Provincial People's Committee has been directing functional agencies to synchronously deploy solutions, such as: regularly assessing the ability to implement revenue sources in the area, to have practical and effective solutions; actively urging outstanding debts; promptly removing difficulties and obstacles for businesses; encouraging distributors to import goods from petroleum businesses that are paying taxes in the province...
