Accordingly, Party Cell 1 was established with 12 party members (party members of the Political Theory - Party History Department and the Department of Mass Mobilization of Party agencies and people's organizations); Party Cell 2 with 16 party members (party members of the Department of Mass Mobilization of state agencies, democracy, ethnicity, religion and the Department of Science, Culture - Arts); Party Cell 3 with 12 party members (party members of the Department of Propaganda, Press - Publishing and Office).
In her speech assigning tasks, Party Secretary, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Huynh Thi Thuy Dung requested that Party cells specifically define the tasks and powers of the collective, individuals, principles, working regimes, and working relationships. In particular, assign specific tasks to each Party cell member, secretary, and deputy secretary to ensure the leadership and direction role in building and concretizing the Party's guidelines, policies, resolutions, directives, regulations, and conclusions.
In addition to carrying out political tasks, Party cells need to pay attention to Party building work, building Party cells that are increasingly clean and strong in politics, ideology, ethics, organization and cadres. Especially, focusing on directing and organizing effective implementation of solutions to improve the quality of Party cells, improve the leadership capacity, fighting strength of grassroots Party organizations and the quality of cadres and Party members.
