Establishing Ho Chi Minh City Culinary Association, promoting to the world

Recently, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee has decided to establish the Ho Chi Minh City Culinary Association under the state management of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism .

According to the Department of Tourism, Ho Chi Minh City is home to many culinary quintessence, regularly appearing on world tourism and culinary rankings. Major world news channels such as CNN Travel, CNN, National Geographic ... have promoted dishes in Ho Chi Minh City around the world.

Mr. Nguyen Tan Viet, Chairman of the Vietnam F&B Association, Head of the Ho Chi Minh City Culinary Association's Mobilization Committee, said that the association's starting point is the Vietnam F&B Association with more than 10,000 regular members.

The association includes culinary artists, skilled chefs, individuals, entrepreneurs, businesses, organizations operating in the field of cuisine, restaurants, hotels, cafes, and entertainment clubs in Ho Chi Minh City. At the upcoming Vietnam F&B Festival on January 11, the association's Organizing Committee will introduce the Executive Committee.

The starting point of the Ho Chi Minh City Culinary Association is the Vietnam F&B Association with more than 10,000 members.
