According to Mr. Tran Vinh Phu - Vice Chairman of Tuy Duc District People's Committee, to promote administrative procedure reform with the motto "Day without writing", in order to improve the effectiveness of State management of land in the district, Tuy Duc District People's Committee has established a Working Group to help people access land-related administrative procedures more quickly.

Specifically, the Working Group has organized propaganda and guided households and individuals who need to change land use purposes to carry out the procedures and processes for changing land use purposes according to the provisions of the Land Law and the Decisions of the Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee on approving the annual land use plan of Tuy Duc district; at the same time, answered questions and recommendations of households and individuals related to procedures for changing land use purposes in the area.

At the same time, the Working Group also supports and guides people to carry out procedures for changing land use purposes in accordance with the provisions of law, ensuring compliance with the Planning, Land Use Plan, Urban Planning, and Rural Planning approved by competent authorities; aiming at friendliness and satisfaction between people and State administrative agencies in implementing land-related administrative procedures.

People are guided by officers of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Tuy Duc district on administrative procedures related to land.

According to Mr. Dieu Khap (Dak Bu So commune, Tuy Duc district), people are very excited because Tuy Duc district leaders are interested in supporting people to access land-related administrative procedures more easily. "We are busy farming, we are not well-educated, so every time we go to do paperwork at the State agency, it is very tiring. Currently, the State has paid attention to supporting us right at the commune level, which is very convenient" - Mr. Dieu Khap said.

Similarly, many people who came to do land procedures in Dak Bu So commune were satisfied with this method and were even happier when they received enthusiastic support from the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the Land Registration Office, etc. and helped write down the information when declaring. According to the representative of the leader of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Tuy Duc district, the establishment of the Working Group to support administrative procedures in the field of land has made a very important contribution to resolving some of the backlogs and problems that people have had for a long time.

According to the leader of Tuy Duc District People's Committee, the Working Group uses 01 separate account to receive administrative procedures (Set of procedures for changing land use purposes) for use during the implementation of the plan, including Saturdays and Sundays. The Office of Tuy Duc District People's Council & People's Committee is responsible for creating and providing an account to receive administrative procedures on land for the Working Group to implement from November 1 to November 20, 2023 in 6 communes of Tuy Duc District.
