- On the morning of April 25, the Departmentof Education and Training of Lang Son city coordinated with the Lang Son City Youth Union to organize the contest for teachers to be excellent team leaders of Lang Son city for the 2024-2025 school year. Participating in the contest were 19 contestants who were teachers who were team leaders of Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers of primary, secondary, primary and secondary schools in the area.

The candidates went through 3 exams including: theoretical exam on knowledge and team work skills; practical exam on skills and expertise (including: practicing playing 3 drum pieces according to regulations; team formation; performing 7 requirements of team members) and optional exam (organizing collective games).

It is known that the contestants are teachers who directly work as team leaders, are ranked as good or higher according to the professional standards for teachers at the corresponding level and are ranked as good or higher according to the standards for classifying civil servants.

According to the evaluation of the Organizing Committee, the contestants have been well prepared and actively practiced their professional skills and team work skills to participate in the contest. Many contestants have demonstrated high professional skills, meeting the demands and requirements of team work and the children's movement as well as the role of the team leader in guiding, mentoring and caring for children.
