On November 7, Thanh Hoa Electricity Company's Trade Union held the 29th Congress of Delegates, term 2025-2030.

The Executive Committee of the Thanh Hoa Electricity Company Trade Union, term XXIX, 2025-2030, was introduced to the congress.

During the past term, the Thanh Hoa Electricity Company's Trade Union has always closely followed, coordinated and implemented comprehensively and effectively in all professional fields; actively participated in and effectively implemented emulation movements associated with political tasks, such as: Supporting the construction of the 500kV Line 3, Quang Trach - Pho Noi, overcoming the consequences of storm No. 3 (Yagi, 2024), storm No. 10 (Bualoi 2025) to ensure safe and reliable power supply.

Every year, organize periodic health check-ups for 100% of workers, pay attention to cultural and spiritual life, allocate nearly 1 billion VND to improve meals, provide sports equipment, organize "Union Meals" and exciting cultural and sports activities; coordinate to fully and promptly implement salary, bonus, insurance, funeral, and visit regimes to support workers in difficulty; build a "Union Shelter" worth 120 million VND.

In addition, the Trade Union always cares for children of employees through programs such as Children's Day, Mid-Autumn Festival, and rewards for excellent students with a total budget of nearly 1.3 billion VND. Regularly doing a good job of gratitude, visiting and encouraging Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, families of war invalids and martyrs on the occasion of the War Invalids and Martyrs Day on July 27 and on the occasion of Tet every year with a sum of nearly 200 million VND, launching humanitarian blood donations with over 200 units of blood/time, demonstrating the spirit of humanity and social responsibility.

Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Tran Tuan Khanh - Vice Chairman in charge of the Trade Union of the Northern Power Corporation acknowledged and highly appreciated the results that the Trade Union of Thanh Hoa Power Company had achieved in the past term. The Trade Union is the connecting center, a reliable support, a strong link between the profession and the collective of employees. In the context of the Electricity industry strongly transforming towards digitalization and sustainable development, Mr. Tran Tuan Khanh suggested: The Trade Union continues to promote its representative role, care for, and protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers; accompany the profession in all fields of production and business; consider occupational safety and hygiene as the core value of corporate culture; promote internal propaganda, education and communication; build a team of competent, courageous and dedicated trade union officials; Strengthening the inspection, supervision and financial work of the trade union, contributing to building the Company to develop more and more safely, modernly, sustainably, for the sake of employees, for the sake of customers and for the common development of the Northern Power Corporation.

The Congress discussed and approved the directions and goals for the 2025-2030 term, focusing on: Building a united and strong trade union; protecting the rights and caring for the lives of workers; increasing income and welfare, promoting grassroots democracy; promoting the creative emulation movement, accompanying professionals in digital transformation and sustainable development; innovating, improving operational efficiency, staff quality and women's work.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee for the 29th term, 2025-2030, consisting of 13 comrades who are exemplary cadres, representing the will, aspirations and dedication of more than 1,500 union members and employees of the entire Company.

Promoting the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", the Congress of Delegates of the Thanh Hoa Electricity Company's Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term ended in new confidence and spirit.
