Speaking at the Festival, comrade Tran The Cuong acknowledged and commended the outstanding results that residential areas No. 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 and public schools in 10 residential groups have achieved in the past year. Comrade Tran The Cuong said that 2025 is of great significance when the capital city of Hanoi focuses on implementing many major political tasks, implementing the Resolution of the 18th City Party Congress. In the context of many difficulties and challenges, the Party Committee, government and people of the capital have developed strongly, continuing to affirm its position as a political center, a major center of economy, culture and education of the whole country.

“The capital’s mass education and key education continue to be at the top of the country. In the first 9 months of 2025, Hanoi’s GRDP is estimated to increase by 7.92%, significantly higher than the same period last year,” he informed.
