530 topics won Science and Technology Awards for students

On the morning of November 8, at Nha Trang University, the Ministry of Education and Training, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Central Youth Union, and the Vietnam Fund for Supporting Technical Innovation (VIFOTEC) jointly organized the closing ceremony and awarded the Science and Technology Awards for students in higher education institutions in 2025.

The award has the participation of 628 topics of students from 112 universities nationwide, divided into 6 fields: Natural sciences; science and technology; medical and pharmaceutical sciences; agricultural sciences; social sciences; humanities. In which, many topics with good ideas have been supported by investors, creating conditions to participate in cooperation with start-up businesses; many topics have research results published in prestigious scientific journals at home and abroad.

Comrade Nguyen Minh Triet - Secretary of the Central Youth Union and Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Quang Hung - Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Information ( Ministry of Education and Training ) awarded the first prize to the group of authors.

The Organizing Committee representative awarded the second prize to the group of authors.

Through the preliminary and final rounds, the Organizing Committee awarded prizes to 530 projects. Of which, 20 first prize winners were awarded certificates of merit by the Ministry of Education and Training; 105 second prize winners were awarded certificates of merit by the Central Youth Union; 153 third prize winners and 252 consolation prize winners were awarded certificates of merit by the VIFOTEC Fund. In addition, a number of enterprises awarded first and second prize winners with prizes of 3 million VND/first prize and 2 million VND/second prize.
