Students discuss at the course

The training course is organized in 5 weeks with 5 topics: Attracting and retaining "Gen Z Talent Warriors" - solutions for businesses; supporting small and medium enterprises to access preferential loans; financial accounting in businesses; skills and art of negotiation in business - 9 steps of professional presentation; livestream with TikTokers with products of student businesses.

According to Ms. Dang Thi Thuy Duong, President of the Association of Women Entrepreneurs, recently, the work of accompanying and supporting businesses has received great attention from departments and branches, especially the Department of Planning and Investment. Not only stopping at connecting activities, removing difficulties and obstacles in investment and development, the Department also focuses on capacity building activities for the business community in general and female entrepreneurs in particular. In 2024 alone, many training courses on CEOs, marketing, personal branding from basic to advanced levels... have been organized. Through these activities, female entrepreneurs have gradually affirmed their role and position in business development.
