The School Meals Project, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Training, the National Institute of Nutrition - Ministry of Health , is one of the initiatives initiated and implemented nationwide by Ajinomoto Vietnam since 2017. The main contents of the project include the Software for building a balanced nutritional menu, the nutrition education program "Three minutes to change awareness" and the "Model boarding kitchen" which have been deployed for boarding primary schools nationwide. To date, more than 4,400 schools with 1.5 million students have benefited from the Project each year.

In particular, the Project has recently implemented the "Vegetable Buffet" model at schools so that students can serve themselves green vegetables for lunch, both creating excitement and forming healthy eating habits for them.
