From what date can candidates register, adjust, and supplement their university admission wishes for 2025?

From July 16 to 5:00 p.m. on July 28, candidates can register, adjust, and add admission wishes an unlimited number of times.

The Ministry of Education and Training notes that candidates use the granted account to process information (enter, edit, view) their information on the System. Registration of admission wishes for majors/programs must be done online on the System or on the National Public Service Portal.

Candidates' wishes for admission to all training institutions are registered by major/program and are ranked from 1 to the end (wish 1 is the highest wish). At the same time, candidates must provide data (according to the criteria, conditions, and registration process specified in the admission information of the training institutions) corresponding to the major/program that the candidate has registered for admission so that the training institutions can use it for admission.

All candidates' admission wishes to training institutions will be processed on the System. Each candidate will only be admitted to the highest wish among the registered wishes when ensuring the admission conditions.

From July 29 to 5:00 p.m. on August 5, 2025, candidates must pay the admission fee according to the number of admission wishes online according to the instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training.

Candidates who are eligible for regional and target priority policies must coordinate with reception points to review information on the candidate's regional and target priority policies (if any).

Note, all candidates (including candidates admitted directly) must register for admission online, submitting all admission wishes on the General Admission Support System of the Ministry of Education and Training directly at http://thisinh.thitotnghiepthpt.edu.vn or indirectly through the National Public Service Portal.

Candidates need to carefully study the admission information and admission regulations of training institutions, and not register for training programs and majors that do not meet the requirements. In case the training institution organizes separate forms of admission registration, submit documents and evidence directly or online at the training institution, candidates must follow the regulations of the training institution but still have to register on the System to be considered for admission together with all other candidates.
