Writing and drawing contest 'Writer Nguyen Nhat Anh and I'

Accordingly, in the writing section, readers submitted articles about their feelings/memories of Nguyen Nhat Anh's books in their lives, or about the titles of books that left a deep impression on their childhood, the student world , or evoked memories that seemed to have passed; or inspired them in their current lives, helping them overcome a difficult period in their lives. The final judges included Associate Professor, Dr. Van Gia, former Head of the Department of Writing and Journalism at Hanoi University of Culture; and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nam, Deputy Director and Editor-in-Chief of Tre Publishing House.

In the drawing contest, readers draw fanart about characters, settings, stories... in the works of writer Nguyen Nhat Anh (published by Tre Publishing House). The works are self-created, without using AI (artificial intelligence); the drawings have never been used in commercial products or published in mass media. The final judges of the drawing contest include painters Bui Duc Lam and Bui Nam.

The prizes in each category include: 1 first prize worth 5 million VND and a hardcover book signed by writer Nguyen Nhat Anh; 1 second prize worth 3 million VND and a hardcover book signed by the writer; 2 third prizes: each worth 2 million VND, a hardcover book signed by writer Nguyen Nhat Anh and 5 fourth prizes, each worth 1 million VND.

Entries will be accepted until January 10, 2025 and the winning entries are expected to be announced in February 2025.
