Weather today 03/05: Heavy rain in some places in the South and Central Highlands

The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said today the weather in the Southern Central Highlands and the South will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, with heavy rain in some places. Rainfall is from 15-30mm, with some places over 60mm.

Similarly, the Southern and Central Highlands Hydrometeorological Station said that due to the influence of low pressure, the weather in the Southern region is cloudy, sunny days and heat waves have temporarily ended in the area.

In the afternoon, thunderstorms will increase and occur sporadically in many places, with moderate rain, heavy rain, and very heavy rain in some places. During thunderstorms, be on guard against strong gusts of wind, whirlwinds, lightning, and hail.

Northern and Central regions today is sunny.

At sea, the southern sea area of the central East Sea, the southern East Sea area (including the sea area of Truong Sa archipelago), the sea area from Binh Dinh to Ca Mau , Ca Mau to Kien Giang and the Gulf of Thailand will have scattered showers and thunderstorms. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes and strong gusts of wind of level 6-7.
