- From 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., all vehicles (except priority vehicles and vehicles with the Organizing Committee's badge) are prohibited from entering the following routes: Vo Nguyen Giap Street from the intersection with Be Van Dan Street (next to Hanoi - Dien Bien Phu Hotel) to the intersection with Tran Dang Ninh Street (Central Market I roundabout); Phan Dinh Giot Street (section adjacent to 7/5 Square); Tran Can Street (section adjacent to 7/5 Square); road in front of the Provincial Convention Center.
