Notice on selection of organization for auction of assets of National Sports Complex

The National Sports Complex has issued Document No. 682/TB-KLHTTQG on selecting an organization to auction assets.

Specifically, the auctioned assets are the Bowling room, Billiard room 1, Billiard room 2, the 12-room rest house of the Water Sports Palace (Support services: equipment system accompanying the project, Common areas: corridors, toilets).

The organization auctioning assets must fully meet the criteria prescribed in Article 3 and Appendix I issued with Circular No. 02/2022/TT-BTP dated February 8, 2022 of the Minister of Justice and other criteria suitable for the auctioned assets as prescribed by the National Sports Complex.

The registration file for participation in the selection of an asset auction organization is prepared by the asset auction organization and has the seal of the asset auction organization. The asset auction organization is solely responsible for the information and supporting documents in its registration file for participation in the selection of an asset auction organization.

The selected Grade I property auction organization is the auction organization that meets all criteria and has the highest total score of all criteria combined.
