Mr. Truong Quang Trung, Secretary of the Party Committee of Huong An Ward, disseminated the Resolution of the 1st Party Congress of the Ward, term 2025 - 2030.

Attending were all cadres and party members of the residential group Party Cells in Huong An area, the Agricultural Cooperative Party Cell and the Ward Health Station Party Cell with a total of 121 party members.

Delegates were informed of the core contents of the congress resolution, including general goals, main targets, four key programs and four breakthroughs of Huong An ward in the 2025 - 2030 term.

At the same time, the conference also introduced and guided the implementation of Directive 50-CT/TW of the Secretariat; the model of "Four Good Party Cells" to improve the quality of grassroots party organizations and introduced the utility of the Electronic Party Member Handbook, an innovative solution for modern, transparent and convenient party management and activities.

Mr. Truong Quang Trung, Secretary of the Party Committee of Huong An Ward emphasized: “This is an important political activity, contributing to creating unity in awareness, will and action throughout the Party Committee, promptly bringing the Resolution and new policies into life. Entering the new term, the Party Committee strengthens solidarity building, sets the highest political determination to carry out tasks. Each cadre and Party member needs to be exemplary, proactive, creative, and concretize goals and targets into practical, effective programs and plans, suitable to the practical situation of each unit and residential area”.

After the conference on the morning of September 9, the next dissemination classes will be held in turn on the afternoons of September 9 and 10 for all cadres and party members in the remaining areas of the ward, ensuring that 100% of cadres and party members study and grasp the content of the Resolution and important directive documents.

Huong An also promotes widespread propaganda among the people through loudspeakers, bulletin boards, billboards, social networks, neighborhood group activities and patriotic emulation movements, arousing a spirit of competition and solidarity to successfully implement the goals set forth by the Resolution of the 1st Ward Party Congress.
