When asked by journalist Piers Morgan about the most luxurious thing he ever bought, Ronaldo revealed that it was a Bombardier Global Express 6500 private jet, worth about 57 million USD . CR7 shared: “I bought this plane when I was 30 years old, and replaced it last year. It was quite expensive, but it was a worthy investment. I don't spend money just because I want to spend. Just a few days ago, I bought another car, but only to add to the collection, like collecting art."

Ronaldo said he currently owns more than 40 cars, including many rare Bugatti models, but his hobby of collecting is now more of a memory than a passion. “I don’t drive much in Saudi Arabia because the traffic is so bad. It’s different back home, but I drive very little now,” he added.

According to Bloomberg , Ronaldo's net worth as of October 2025 exceeded 1.4 billion USD , after signing a record contract extension with Al Nassr Club. The new 2-year contract helps CR7 receive a huge income of up to 231 million USD per year, equivalent to 635,000 USD per day.

In addition, Ronaldo also received a signing fee of more than 31 million USD , which could increase to 49 million USD if he plays for two full seasons.

When talking about becoming a billionaire, Ronaldo confided: "I knew this was coming, it was just a matter of time. Honestly, it feels like winning another Ballon d'Or. It was a goal I set outside of football, alongside titles, the Champions League or the Ballon d'Or. At 39, I've reached that number and I'm very proud."

Ronaldo jumps up and down to celebrate his goal. Striker Cristiano Ronaldo had a funny celebration after scoring a double against Al Fayha in round 7 of the Saudi Pro League in the early morning of November 2.
