Recall 9 products of Linh Anh Company

On May 8, the Drug Administration of Vietnam (Ministry of Health) issued an official dispatch requesting the suspension of circulation and nationwide recall of 9 cosmetic products of Linh Anh General Trading & Service Company Limited due to formulas that are not in accordance with the published records and labels with uses that do not comply with regulations.

Among the recalled products, two products, Zunya Shiny Facial Cleanser and Zunya Collagen 3D Perfect Whitening Cream Make up, were found to have formulas and uses on the label that did not match records.

The remaining 7 products including: Zunya Nano Collagen Whitening Day Cream SPF 50+++, Zunya Serum Nano Collagen 3D Spot Whitening, Zunya Cleansing Water, Zunya Steam Cell Serum, Zunya Pure Clean Peeling Gel, Zunya Essence Suncream SPF 50+/PA+++ UVA/UVB Protection and Sakenzin Whitingday Cream were also recalled for the same reason.

The Drug Administration of Vietnam requests the Department of Health of provinces and centrally-run cities to widely notify cosmetic businesses and users in the area to immediately stop circulating the above 9 products and return them to the suppliers. In addition, it requires localities to urgently recall violating products, strengthen inspection and supervision of the implementation process and strictly handle violations according to current laws.

For Linh Anh General Trading & Service Company Limited, the Drug Administration requires sending recall notices to distributors and users of the 9 above-mentioned products. Receive returned products from business establishments and recall all products that do not meet regulations.

Of which, the two products Zunya Shiny Facial Cleanser and Zunya Collagen 3D Perfect Whitening Cream Make up were recalled for destruction. The remaining 7 products were returned from businesses and all products that did not meet regulations were recalled.

In case the violating element cannot be removed (the violating product label cannot be separated from the product), the product must be destroyed according to regulations. At the same time, a recall report of the above 09 products must be sent to the Drug Administration before May 20.

The Drug Administration of Vietnam requests the Phu Tho Department of Health to supervise Linh Anh General Trading & Service Company Limited in recalling the above 9 products that do not meet regulations; Report the supervision results to the Drug Administration of Vietnam before May 30, 2025.
