Australian Prime Minister visits Vietnam

At the invitation of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese arrived in Hanoi , starting an official visit to Vietnam from June 3 to 4. Joining the delegation accompanying the Australian Prime Minister are: Chief of the Prime Minister's Office Tim Gartrell and officials and advisors to the Australian Prime Minister on international issues, digitalization, national security, media and Southeast Asia.

Prime Minister Anthony Albanese was born on March 2, 1963 in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. He graduated with a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney, Australia.

From December 2006 to December 2007, he was Shadow Minister, Water Resources and Infrastructure. From December 2007 to September 2013, he served as Minister of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Local Government.

He held the positions of Shadow Minister, Ministry of Tourism from October 2013 to June 2019; Shadow Minister, Ministry of Cities from September 2014 to July 2016; Shadow Minister, Ministry of Infrastructure, Cities and Regional Development from July 2016 to June 2019.

From May 2019 to May 2022, he served as Leader of the Opposition. From May 23, 2022 to present, Mr. Anthony Albanese has served as Prime Minister of Australia.
