According to the meeting agenda, from November 6 to the morning of November 8, the National Assembly will conduct question-and-answer sessions. Since this is a mid-term session, the National Assembly will not question by issue group, but by field group.
Specifically, the questioning session will be conducted in 4 groups, including general and macro economics ; sectoral economics; culture and society; and justice, internal affairs, and state audit. The time for each group of questions will be about 160-170 minutes, but the moderation will be flexible according to actual developments.

Authorized by the Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang will present a report on the implementation of a number of resolutions of the 14th National Assembly on thematic supervision and questioning and the National Assembly's resolutions on thematic supervision and questioning from the beginning of the 15th tenure to the end of the 4th session.
Immediately afterwards, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Nguyen Hoa Binh, Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy Le Minh Tri, and State Auditor General Ngo Van Tuan will present reports on the implementation of resolutions on questioning and supervision.
From 9:40 to 11:30 on November 6, the National Assembly will question members of the Government and heads of sectors in the fields of planning and investment, finance and banking. This content will last until 2:40 p.m. the same day.
The remaining time of the afternoon of November 6, plus the next morning of November 7, the questioning content shifted to areas including industry and trade, agriculture and rural development, transportation, construction, natural resources and environment.
From 9:10 a.m. on November 7 until the end of the morning and extending for 1 hour in the afternoon of the same day, the group of questions will shift to areas including justice, internal affairs, security, order, social safety, inspection, court, prosecution, and audit.
From 3:00 p.m. to the end of the afternoon of November 7 and an additional 1:30 a.m. on November 8, the National Assembly questioned members of the Government and heads of sectors on the implementation of a number of resolutions of the 14th National Assembly and from the beginning of the 15th National Assembly's term to the end of the 4th session on thematic supervision and questioning in various fields.
Specifically, science and technology, education and training, culture, sports and tourism, health, labor, war invalids and social affairs, information and communication.
