The objective of the topic is to analyze the current status of the contribution of drivers to economic growth and identify and propose solutions to promote the drivers of economic growth in Quang Nam province in the period of 2025-2030, with a vision to 2050. Accordingly, the topic has systematized documents and data on economic growth and drivers of economic growth in Quang Nam from 2000 to present; analyzed and evaluated the role of drivers of economic growth in Quang Nam province from 2000 to present; identified the main drivers of economic growth in Quang Nam province in the period of 2025-2030; proposed solutions to promote the drivers of economic growth in Quang Nam province in the period of 2025-2030.

Regarding the driving force, the topic believes that investment capital continues to be identified as the top priority driving force for the province's economic growth. However, it will be different from previous stages, instead of expanding investment in breadth, capital needs to be used in the direction of improving efficiency and quality; selective, focused, and key investment; attention to investment in technology infrastructure, innovation ecosystems, and digital transformation.
