Successfully implement the planning goals, develop the province to its full potential.

This is the speech of comrade Pham Dai Duong, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation at the conference on Announcing the Planning and Investment Promotion of Phu Yen Province in 2024 , organized by the Provincial People's Committee, taking place on the morning of March 3.

The planning of Phu Yen province for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050, approved by the Prime Minister, is very important, opening up a new vision, many new directions, and new goals for Phu Yen on the path of future development.

Phu Yen Province would like to express our gratitude and appreciation for the special feelings that National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue has given to the Party Committee, government and people of Phu Yen; and would like to express our gratitude for the deep concern, suggestions, guidance and enthusiastic direction of the National Assembly Chairman at the working session with the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and key leaders of the province yesterday afternoon and at the Conference to announce the Planning and promote investment.

Phu Yen Province would like to sincerely thank and seriously accept the profound guidance of Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha to supplement and complete the programs and plans for implementing the Provincial Planning, as well as unify in awareness and action to promote investment, implement the tasks of socio-economic development of the locality in the coming time, turning the goals and visions of the Provincial Planning into reality.

On this occasion, Phu Yen province would like to express our sincere thanks to the National Assembly committees, ministries, branches, localities, especially the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Government Office, for their active support in the past time in completing and submitting the Provincial Planning to the Prime Minister for approval. We would like to express our sincere thanks to the consulting units, planning sponsors, experts, scientists, former provincial leaders and organizations and individuals inside and outside the province who have shared valuable experiences and contributed many good ideas for us to absorb in the process of building and completing the planning, so that today Phu Yen has a good quality Planning.

Phu Yen has a history of more than 400 years of formation and development, since Phu Nghia Hau Luong Van Chanh - the tutelary god who had the merit of reclaiming and expanding Phu Yen land. The year 2024 also marks the 35th anniversary of Phu Yen's re-establishment from Phu Khanh province. On the path of more than 400 years of establishment, nearly 50 years after liberation, 35 years of re-establishment and development, with the outstanding and tireless efforts of many generations of leaders and people, Phu Yen province has achieved many important and proud achievements. Besides, Phu Yen also frankly acknowledged that there are still many difficulties and limitations that need to be further efforts to overcome and strive to rise up. The planning of Phu Yen province for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050 approved by the Prime Minister, is very important, opening up a new vision, many new orientations, and new goals for Phu Yen on the path of development in the future.

Following the direction of Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha, right after this Conference, Phu Yen will focus on disseminating and popularizing the contents of the Provincial Planning to all levels, sectors, business communities, and people of all walks of life, creating unity in awareness and high determination, great efforts, drastic and effective actions in organizing and implementing the planning.

Along with that, each level, each sector according to its functions and tasks needs to identify the key and main tasks of the locality and unit to focus on building programs and action plans to implement the Planning with specific immediate and long-term goals and tasks for implementation. Continue to innovate thinking and implementation methods; be more drastic in direction and management; be determined to reform administration, digital transformation, take people and businesses as the center of service, create breakthroughs in improving the quality of the investment and business environment, enhance the competitiveness of the province to successfully implement development goals, gradually realize the orientations of the Planning.

For the business community and investors, Phu Yen province is committed to always accompanying and creating favorable conditions within the framework of the Party's policies and guidelines and legal regulations to deploy investment in the province. We believe that the projects that will be granted decisions and have memorandums of understanding at today's conference will soon be realized, becoming new values for businesses, the economy and new symbols for the successful development of Phu Yen province in the future.

Phu Yen would not be successful without the connection, sharing, and cooperation with other provinces and cities, domestic and international organizations, and especially the timely support from the Central Government. Phu Yen Province hopes to continue to receive more attention, guidance, assistance, and companionship from the Central Party Committee, the National Assembly, the Government, central ministries, branches, other provinces and cities, and organizations and individuals so that Phu Yen Province can take off and soar in the coming time.
