Fire drills of the facility must be held once a year.

In case the facility wants to request the police agency to coordinate in practicing the fire fighting plan, it must have a document and be approved by the person with authority to approve the fire fighting plan of the police agency (according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 10 of Circular No. 149/2020/TT-BCA). The facility does not have to pay the police agency for practicing the fire fighting plan but must be responsible for ensuring the necessary conditions and organizing the practice of the fire fighting plan within its management scope according to the provisions of Point a, Clause 10, Article 19 of Decree No. 136/2020/ND-CP.
