Through the discussion, the tax sector also recorded many questions and difficulties related to the implementation and application of new tax policies reflected by business representatives and taxpayers; in which, focusing mainly on tax settlement issues; tax exemption and reduction time for the first 2 years; value added tax deduction; time to calculate invoices for corporate income tax deduction...
According to the representative of Tay Ninh Province Tax, in the spirit of "Accompanying businesses - contributing to creating a favorable and stable production and business environment", the recommendations and proposals of businesses and taxpayers will be fully recorded, seriously studied by the Tax sector and have specific and timely responses.
For issues beyond its authority, the Provincial Tax Department will synthesize and report to superiors to provide feedback to businesses and taxpayers. In the coming time, the Provincial Tax Department will continue to promote administrative procedure reform, accelerate digital transformation, improve the capacity of tax officials, always take taxpayer satisfaction as a measure of operational efficiency, and the success of businesses is the foundation for sustainable budget revenue and for the overall development of the whole province.
