Accordingly, the digital transformation software system serving the activities of the Provincial People's Council and the Provincial National Assembly Delegation includes: Paperless Session Software of the Provincial People's Council; Online Meeting Software and Software for Monitoring and Handling the Work of the Provincial People's Council and the Provincial National Assembly Delegation. Up to now, all 3 application software have been completed, officially launched and put into synchronous operation.

The official use of the Digital Transformation Software System serving the activities of the Provincial People's Council and the Provincial National Assembly Delegation will modernize the entire operating process in the electronic environment of the provincial elected agencies; contributing to improving transparency, saving time, costs, efficiency in handling work, better meeting and serving the requirements and aspirations of voters in the province. This is also an important premise and motivation for the People's Councils of wards and communes to actively apply digital technology to solve work in the coming time, contributing to building the elected agencies at all levels of Nghe An province to be pioneers in digital transformation.
The newly launched digital transformation software system integrates many superior features, focusing on digitizing the entire working process of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council. The main functions include: Minimizing the printing of documents, allowing sending and managing meeting documents entirely on a digital platform. This not only helps save costs but also ensures that delegates can easily access and look up information. Integrating the process of receiving, classifying, monitoring and responding to voters' petitions, contributing to shortening processing time, enhancing transparency and limiting the backlog of petitions. Integrating tools to support monitoring and tracking the implementation of resolutions and conclusions after monitoring, towards a paperless operating model. The system is designed to be able to connect and share data with the National Document Axis and the Government 's common digital ecosystem, creating synchronization in management and operation. |
