The Provincial Party Standing Committee works with the Provincial Farmers' Association Standing Committee to approve the program and documents of the congress.

On the afternoon of August 9, Comrade Nguyen Hoai Anh - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council worked with the Standing Committee of the Provincial Farmers' Association to approve the program and documents of the 9th Provincial Farmers' Association Congress, term 2023 - 2028.

According to the report of the Provincial Farmers' Association, up to this point, 124/124 grassroots associations, 755/755 branches and 10 district, town and city associations have completed their congresses. Regarding the 9th Provincial Farmers' Association Congress, term 2023 - 2028, held on September 7 - 8, 2023, it was divided into 2 sessions: an internal session and an official session with 250 official delegates. Based on the draft outline of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Association, the documents of the Provincial Farmers' Association Congress have collected opinions on the 6th draft. Accordingly, the congress has the theme "Solidarity - Democracy - Creativity - Cooperation - Development" and sets out 12 targets, 2 key and breakthrough tasks during the term.

Regarding personnel work, the Provincial Farmers' Association Executive Committee has conducted personnel preparation work according to a 5-step process, thereby agreeing on 27 members of the Provincial Farmers' Association Executive Committee; 7 members of the Standing Committee; 3 members of the Provincial Farmers' Association Standing Committee and 5 members of the Inspection Committee. The election method will prepare personnel with a surplus and is expected to submit to the congress for decision on the election with a surplus.

Comrade Nguyen Hoai Anh - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee spoke at the meeting.

Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Nguyen Hoai Anh - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee highly appreciated the efforts of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Farmers' Association in preparing the congress documents and the congress program; at the same time, he suggested adding more comments from departments, branches and sectors to make the program and documents of the congress more complete and neat. Along with that, the Standing Deputy Secretary suggested that the Association set out 2 key tasks to implement the upcoming resolution, which are to promote the application of digital transformation in the association's work and the production and consumption process of agricultural products; building a team of Association officials to meet the current high requirements.

In addition, the Standing Deputy Secretary requested the Standing Committee of the Provincial Farmers' Association to strengthen propaganda work in many forms such as visual, propaganda on newspapers, radio, and social networks to create an exciting atmosphere towards the Provincial Farmers' Association Congress and the National Congress of the Vietnam Farmers' Association.
