At the conference, the report on the progress and research results of the project by Lieutenant General, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Van Bao, former Director of the Academy of Politics , Deputy Head of the project, said: In the past time, the Project Management Board has implemented the research contents scientifically and meticulously according to schedule, ensuring quality; many contents exceeded the schedule. During the implementation process, the Project Management Board organized many rounds of workshops with the participation of many experts and scientists inside and outside the Army to develop the outline, complete the detailed outline before implementing the research, and contribute opinions to the draft of the project before self-assessment.

Concluding the conference, Senior Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet commended the agencies, units, and members of the Project Management Board for actively and proactively advising, proposing, and organizing the implementation of the Project Research Plan to ensure progress and quality.

In order for the project to ensure the progress of the time to submit products for the State-level acceptance assessment to the Management Board of the KX.02/21-25 Program before June 15, 2025, Senior Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet assigned the Academy of Politics to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies, units and individuals to continue reviewing and perfecting the content of the project products, ensuring sufficient quantity and quality according to the requirements of the Management Board of the program. Absolutely do not allow duplication of content with published works and between the products of the project.
