In the 2020 - 2025 term, with great efforts and determination, the Division Party Committee has focused on leadership to complete and exceed the goals and targets set by the resolution. In particular, the level, combat readiness, and training quality have been improved; the work of building discipline and enforcing discipline has clearly changed; the role and effectiveness of Party work and political work have been promoted; timely logistics, technical work, and finance for tasks have been ensured. The leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party committees and organizations at all levels have made breakthroughs and are effective; with internal solidarity and unity, the Division Party Committee has always completed its tasks well and excellently. In 2020 and 2023, the Division was awarded the Emulation Flag of the Ministry of National Defense ; in 2021 and 2024, it was awarded the Emulation Flag of the Prime Minister.

The Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Commander of the Military Region requested that in the coming term, the Party Committee of Division 324 continue to focus on leading the improvement of the overall quality, qualifications, combat readiness and mobility of the main force unit with sufficient troops to meet the requirements and tasks in the new situation. Closely and effectively lead and direct the work of building discipline, enforcing discipline, building a strong and comprehensive agency and unit, truly "exemplary and typical".

In the spirit of solidarity and democracy, the congress elected the Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 15 comrades; elected a delegation to attend the 12th Military Region Party Congress, consisting of 28 official delegates and 3 alternate delegates. At the first meeting, the Division Party Executive Committee elected a Standing Committee of 5 comrades; a Party Inspection Committee of 5 comrades, with 100% of the votes of confidence.
