According to the report of the Phu Tho Industrial Parks Union, the passing of storm No. 3 has caused human and property damage, affecting the lives and jobs of workers in Phu Tho province in general and workers in industrial parks and clusters in particular. 23 houses of workers working in the province's industrial parks and clusters had their roofs blown off; 480 families of workers had their houses deeply flooded, damaging many valuable properties. In particular, the collapse of Phong Chau bridge has directly affected the daily work of nearly 1,300 workers in the Tam Nong and Thuy Van Industrial Parks.

At the same time, they expressed sympathy and shared the losses and difficulties of union members and workers' families in Phu Tho province after the storm and hoped that union members and workers, together with their families, businesses and trade unions, would make efforts to overcome difficulties to continue participating in production and stabilize their lives.
