Continue to promote investment attraction and complete infrastructure of Phuoc Dong - Boi Loi Industrial - Urban - Service Complex

On the morning of November 5, 2025, the working delegation of Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee led by Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Huynh Van Son had a meeting to survey the implementation progress and work with Saigon VRG Investment Joint Stock Company - the investor of Phuoc Dong - Boi Loi Industrial - Urban - Service Complex.

The Phuoc Dong - Boi Loi Industrial - Urban - Service Complex Project was approved by the Prime Minister in Document No. 595/TTg-KTN dated April 24, 2008. This is one of the largest projects in the region, playing an important role in the socio- economic development strategy of Tay Ninh province.

To date, the project has attracted 60 investors with a total registered capital of 6 billion USD, creating jobs for 66,451 workers, including 2,182 foreign workers and 30,494 female workers. The average income of workers is 11.5 million VND/person/month. The investor has been completing the traffic, electricity, water, wastewater drainage, and landscape systems, ensuring favorable conditions for businesses to operate stably.

Environmental protection is given special attention. Up to now, the complex has completed 03 centralized wastewater treatment plants with a total capacity of 15,000 m³/day and is building a 4th plant with a capacity of 4,000 m³/day and night. The treated wastewater meets QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT - column A, is automatically monitored 24/24, and data is transmitted directly to the Department of Agriculture and Environment and the Economic Zone Management Board.

The monitoring system includes 2 levels of control, including online monitoring and direct sampling, along with a discharge valve and a biological fish pond for verification, ensuring strict environmental protection procedures.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Tran Manh Hung - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Saigon VRG Investment Joint Stock Company said: "We always strive to build Phuoc Dong - Boi Loi Complex into a model industrial park with modern infrastructure, green, clean and beautiful landscape, associated with urban models and high-quality services. In particular, the company has implemented a housing model with free electricity and water for workers and experts, contributing to stabilizing the lives of workers and creating a sustainable working environment."

Appreciating the results achieved, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Huynh Van Son said: "The Phuoc Dong - Boi Loi Complex is a bright spot in attracting investment, creating jobs and making a great contribution to the local budget. The province acknowledges the efforts of enterprises in developing infrastructure, protecting the environment and taking care of workers' lives. Departments, branches and localities need to coordinate to review and promptly remove difficulties, especially in compensation, determining land prices, and the contents beyond the province's authority will be recommended to the Central Government for consideration."
